Growing up one of my favorite people in the whole world is my Granny! She always owned lots of property and my favorite property she ever bought was this house in the country surrounded by open fields, fruit trees, various flowers and horses. As a child I'd spend a lot of time with her and she was my first ever vocal coach too. We'd sing "Lovin You" by Minnie Ripperton and "Jehovah Jireh" by Juanita Bynum on any given day.
She's an artist too -- and though she has a sincere love for music, her greatest passion is making jewelry! We'd watch movies and sing while crafting all these new earring designs out of leather, paper and blue jean especially.
Now being much older, I decided to design my first Ariel Reign pair of earrings out of wood , perfect for infusing any outfit with a unique flair!
"This is homage to being a little girl, running through those fields at my grandmothers house becoming the artist I am today. Tree's represent good foundation, and wearing the wood symbolizes being sturdy to weather every storm, building every dream and believing your roots are deep enough to achieve anything."
